When parcel crosses border, they are required to go through custom and relevant tax authority within your country. In this event, your local tax authority will determine the amount of import duties, tax and handling chargeable. The recipient of the parcel will be responsible for all these associated charges as required by your local authority.
Unfortunately, we have no absolute control over these charges. Given the dynamic policy changes that happened year to year and the myriad of different policies across every countries, neither can we provide you the precise charges. We recommend that you contact your local custom office and tax authorities for detail charges prior to placing any order to avoid unexpected charges by your own local tax authorites.
For all PO BOX, APO and FPO addresses, express couriers such as FedEx and DHL are unable to deliver to these addresses.
As such, we will use economy/local post handled by SingPost. Delivery timeframe is between 2 weeks to 4 weeks. To utilise express delivery, kindly provide a residential or commercial address.
